We are all part of this universal love that runs through all living things. Our thoughts individually affect the collective minds. It is our birthright to feel love, to be love and share love.
I dedicate this work to everyone that feels overwhelmed by the daily grind. I have created each session to support the dreamers, the believers and those who are on their inward personal spiritual journey. Sometimes we just need to be held in sacred space to connect to the love within to be able to receive the love from above and all around us.
May you experience heaven on earth. May you know your worth and feel the expression of love that you are.

A woman, a mother, a partner, a sister, a daughter, a friend…
My purpose is to guide you to truth. I will hold you in sacred space as we go to the very core of where your love, truth and essence dwell.
Everyone has a different journey on this planet. We all have a story. But what connects us all are the emotions we have felt within our stories:
Shame, guilt, judgement, despair, grief, anxiety, deep sadness, abandonment, etc.
And this can come from ourselves or others that we trusted and can keep poking up and show up in different stories with new characters. Maybe we learned from this, maybe we adapted, maybe we shut down, maybe we built a wall so we could protect those wounds so we wouldn’t feel the deep negative feeling.
At our very core we want to love and be loved, That’s it. So many times we look outside of ourselves to gain approval from others (family, social groups, co workers). Maybe we are searching for a partner to feel heard, pretty, or to validate us.
But what if you could be your own glorious, incredible, magnificent you in all your radiance. Truly experience your expression of love on this earth.
Once while I was deep in mediation I asked the universe, what is my purpose? The answer, “to feel love on earth”. Hmmm maybe that is everyone’s ultimate purpose. As I have taken two years to step away from “the grind” that consumed me, and let go of everything I thought was secure and surrendered completely. Something so beautiful happened to me. A love that has no words came to me, from me, and poured from me. An abundance I never knew was possible started to flowed through me. I don’t think I am special, we all have the ability to overcome everything. I have studied so many modalities and I will continue to find new tools to work with.
But that’s just it, they are tools, some of the studies that I will include in the sessions are:
Yoga, guided meditation, tantra, breath /body work, plant medicine, reiki, crystal healing, sacred space, space clearing, feng shui, mind, body and spirit connection, chakra balancing, life coaching, ceremony, connecting to the divine.
The most massive shifts have happened with nothing, call it whatever u want:
God, higher self, peace, essence, truth, bliss…
Are you ready to turn your obstacles into stepping stones, rejection into self love, abuse into gratitude, fears into love?! Are you ready to go deep into yours shadows to ask the questions that will kill your ego? Are you ready to shine the light that is divine? I will hold your hand in divine love, connecting you the earth and the highest source of love and light so you may be supported in love.
